Okay, I have to admit I'm a little sad, first of all my little Muffin is growing up sooo fast, but more so because bye bye isn't one of those words that I've spent hours and hours and hours mouthing to her. Bye Bye is fine and all, but not only mouthing out bye bye on cue not once but three times in a row is just a wee bit curious. Our friends that we were visiting were very impressed, I flashed Glenn a look that said, "what the hell" and "should we tell them that we personally had nothing to do with this" all at once. We both ended up mumbling something under our breath about how odd that was, said our goodnights, walked to the car, kissed our Muffin, and chalked another one up to the universe of bizzaro parenting, or lack thereof!
You can't help it if you have a child genius on your hands! And it probably won't be the last word she picks up without you knowing it...wait for her first swear word. That's going to be fun!
